Nu is de volgende stap dat de sentinel node en andere lymfeklieren in het bekken worden verwijderd. Als deze schoon zijn, krijg ik de radicale trachelectomie. Vaso invasieve groei+betekenis kleuringen of immunohistochemie gebruikt te worden voor het aantonen van vaso-invasieve groei. Voor het beoordelen van de aan- of afwezigheid van vaso-invasieve groei moeten coupes door de tumor worden.
